Aaron Johnson is a Minneapolis based drummer, producer and instructor. With over 20 years of experience in live playing, recording sessions and teaching he has a deep passion in building and serving the local church. He has played drums and been the music director for River Valley Worship for the past 15 years appearing on over 14 River Valley Worship albums during that time. He has done remote sessions, clinics, and live performances with artists and churches all across the U.S.
Aaron is passionate about how music can uniquely connect people to God unlike anything else. Along with doing remote sessions and live performances, he spends much of his time training and developing drummers, music directors and instrumentalists across the 9 campuses of River Valley Church in the twin cities! He lives in the Minneapolis area with his wife Jessica and their 3 children.
