Biografia

Curt has been making music since he could first reach the piano keys and realized early on that he was destined for a career in music. Fast forward a couple decades and Curt is knocking out 120 shows a year across the US, Australia, and New Zealand.

For his label-debut album, Curt is teaming up with Grammy and Dove Award winning songwriters who have penned songs with everyone from Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Selena Gomez, Natasha Bedingfield, Backstreet Boys, and *NSYNC to Chris Tomlin, Casting Crowns, Hillsong, and TobyMac to bring listeners a fresh collection of anthemic songs that will both encourage and challenge. His work can be heard on other artist’s albums, including a song called Different on former Superchick lead Tricia Brock’s newest release and Our God is Able with Satellites & Sirens.

Curt has played every size venue from churches to clubs, camps and schools, to the main stage at festivals. But what matters most to him is not the size of the venue, but the impact he can make on his audience. He strives to make a personal connection with every crowd. “I’m passionate about music, but I’m more passionate about people. What I do on stage means nothing if I don’t invest my time off-stage hanging out and talking with people.” That connection continues long after the show, through social media. “It’s not simply about amassing followers; it’s about building community with those people…showing them they matter.”

Max Ramsey, Senior Pastor at Immanuel Baptist Church in Wisconsin, said it best: “Curt lives this faith and lives it in front of impressionable people who are starving for a faith worthy of believing in. He humbly points to Christ and not himself. He is authentic and transparent. And he really, truly cares about people.”

Coming from a small Michigan town, it’s that humbleness and down-to-earth mentality that remains the core of Nashville, Tennessee-based Curt Anderson’s music.
